Requesting a Transcript/Certificate
A transcript is a copy of a student’s educational record. It is an inventory of the student's progress throughout their program of study and includes a full enrollment history, courses attempted, grades or ratings earned, and certificates awarded.
You can order your transcripts online through the . You can use any major credit card, and it won’t be charged until your order is done.

The website will guide you through the steps. The cost will range from $2.90 - $5.90 depending on the delivery method. You’ll get email updates about your order, and you can track it online. If you need help, email transcripts@studentclearinghouse.org.

A certificate is offered to students who have completed the graduation requirements of a program at the College. Students may request a copy of any certificate they have been awarded.
