Welding - Qualifications
Welder Qualification & Certification
This course allows professional welders to qualify on a variety of welding processes, positions, materials, and codes.
Welders will work directly with an instructor to determine eligibility, appropriate processes, certifications, positions, materials, and applicable codes based on individual goals and requirements.
Course Details
- Students may be required to furnish their own test materials
- Up to two welding qualifications may be earned
- All qualifications must be completed within 10 class hours
- Students who do not pass on the first attempt must re-register for another attempt

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration should they not be able to attend. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Cancellations received before the first day of class will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class.

Register through MyBTECH Portal
New to Continuing Education?
After logging in, follow these steps to register for Continuing Education courses in the MYBTECH portal:
- Log in to the MyBTECH portal.
- Click the Continuing Education tab.
- Select Register for CE.
- Choose Add/Drop Courses.
- Change TERM to Continuing Education.
- Enter the registration code listed with the class dates to find your course.
- Select Add and complete payment.

Orientation: Students must attend orientation on the first day of class, usually Monday at 10 am or Tuesday at 2 pm.
